Hollywood Vampires (2015)

The Hollywood Vampires es el nombre del nuevo supergrupo formado por los rockeros Alice Cooper y Joe Perry, junto al actor Johnny Depp.
El nombre de esta banda proviene de los Hollywood Vampires originales, que en realidad eran una pandilla de inagotables bebedores que protagonizaban maratonianas sesiones de alcohol en el famoso club Rainbow de Los Angeles. Sus integrantes eran el propio Alice Cooper con John Lennon, Harry Nilsson, Keith Moon y Ringo Starr, nada más y nada menos.
Nunca pensé que un proyecto de versiones y capitaneado por Alice Cooper me fuera a gustar tanto...y los dos temas nuevos compuestos para el disco son impresionantes, el último Dead Drunk Friends de lo mejor del año, seguro!!! Una gozada

El sonido de la banda se ha descrito como retro, debido a que es parecido al de bandas de blues rock de los años 50 y 60, como The Rolling Stones, Chuck Berry o The Animals. En 2011, lanzaron su primer álbum de estudio, titulado The Bomb Shelter Sessions.Unico hasta el momento, hasta que el 14 de Agosto podamos disfrutar de su segundo disco de estudio, atentos.
